Your rental includes the full room, tables and chairs for up to 50, use of the warming kitchen, and time to set everything up before your guests arrive.
A refundable $200 deposit is all it takes to hold your date. There’s also a flat $100 cleaning fee for the room and restrooms — we just ask that you leave the warming kitchen clean when you’re finished.
Planning a meeting, training or workshop? Weekday rentals are an especially easy way to gather somewhere that feels a whole lot better than a conference room.

The quick answers
Can I bring my own caterer?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your own caterer. Food just needs to arrive cooked and ready to serve; our warming kitchen is available for holding and reheating.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own alcohol. If you’d rather have the bar handled for you, The Southern Spread can take care of that too.
What is the warming kitchen?
Think of it as your behind-the-scenes food space. There’s room to hold and reheat food that arrives already cooked, along with refrigeration and counter space. It isn’t a full cooking kitchen, so food cannot be prepared from scratch onsite unless The Southern Spread is handling it. We simply ask that you leave the kitchen clean and free of food and trash when your event is over.
Can I decorate?
Absolutely. The room is a blank canvas, so bring your linens, florals, and personal touches and make it completely your own.
What’s included in the rental?

Up to 100 for a standing reception, or 50 seated at tables.

Yes, just reach out and we’ll set up a time. Standing in the room makes the decision easy.
